This Return & Refund Policy applies to all tablecloth orders, return, exchange and refund applications on the website operated by Qingyage Co., Limited. This policy is formulated under United States federal commercial laws and serves as the unified official after-sales standard for all transactions.
By completing payment and checkout, you acknowledge that you fully read, understand and accept all clauses of this policy.
 
1. Valid Return Time & Qualified Conditions
 
Customers may apply for returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days counting from the carrier’s confirmed delivery date.
Tablecloths are eligible for return only if all below standards are met:
 
1. The tablecloth remains unused, unwashed, uncut, unhemmed and free of stains, wrinkles from long-term laying, cigarette burns or liquid marks.

2. Original packaging, protective plastic wrapping and product labels are fully retained and intact.

3. No self-modification such as tailoring, dyeing, printing or ironing damage exists on fabric.

4. Complete order number and purchase record can be provided for verification.
 
2. Non-Returnable Scenarios
 
The following tablecloth orders cannot be returned, exchanged or fully refunded:
 
1. Requests submitted beyond the 30-day valid return window.

2. Tablecloths with washing traces, food stains, oil marks, scratches, cuts or artificial damage.

3. Custom-size, custom printed, personalized tailored tablecloths made according to your exclusive measurements or patterns.

4. Clearance, discounted and final-sale tablecloth items marked on product pages.

5. Fabric damage caused by improper washing, high-temperature ironing, chemical detergent corrosion or household use after delivery.

6. Goods returned with lost labels, torn original packaging or deformed fabric due to improper storage by customers.
 
3. Handling for Damaged, Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Tablecloths
 
If the tablecloth arrives with fabric tears, printing flaws, color deviation beyond normal display difference, missing pieces or wrong style/size, contact our customer support within 48 hours upon receipt, and supply clear unboxing photos or short videos for inspection.
Once verified, we will arrange free re-delivery, partial compensation or full product refund as appropriate. All costs caused by logistics damage or our shipping errors shall be borne by our company.
 
4. Return Shipping Cost Rules
 
1. Returns due to personal preference (unsuitable size, mismatched decoration style, accidental wrong purchase): Customers cover all return shipping fees. Original delivery cost paid at checkout will not be refunded.

2. Returns caused by fabric defects, printing errors, damaged parcels in transit or wrong item delivery: We cover all valid return shipping expenses.
We refuse to accept collect-on-delivery parcels and unapproved returned goods without prior official return authorization.
 
5. Standard Refund Process
 
1. Send an application to customer service to apply for return authorization and wait for official confirmation.

2. Ship back the tablecloth following the designated return address provided by our team.

3. We will inspect fabric condition and packaging within 3–5 business days after receiving returned parcels.

4. Once inspection passes, funds will be refunded to your original payment channel within 5–10 business days.
The exact arrival time depends on the settlement cycle of your payment provider and financial institution.
 
6. Exchange Rules
 
Exchanges are only available for tablecloths of different sizes or colors of the identical design, subject to real-time inventory availability.
If the new tablecloth has a higher selling price, you shall pay the price gap; if cheaper, we will refund the price difference accordingly. All exchange applications must be submitted within the 30-day valid return period.
 
7. Order Cancellation Rules
 
Unfulfilled, unshipped orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
Orders already sorted, packaged or dispatched cannot be cancelled directly; you need to follow the post-delivery return process instead.
 
8. Policy Revision & Interpretation Right
 
We reserve the right to revise and update this policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version takes effect immediately after being published on our website and applies to all subsequent new orders.
 
9. Governing Law
 
This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the federal laws of the United States.
